Kevin Bedford

Principal

Kevin Bedford joined in 2018 and is a principal of ExCap. Kevin leads efforts on multifamily acquisitions and business plan execution across all assets. He also serves on ExCap’s investment committee.

Prior to ExCap, Kevin was a Vice President at Greystone Communities, a national senior housing developer. While at Greystone, he led the development planning and financing efforts for new senior housing developments and large-scale re-positionings across 14 metro market areas with total project capitalization exceeding $1.6Bn. Prior to Greystone, Kevin worked at Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Office. Kevin graduated from the University of Texas, where he earned both a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
