Meghan Caviness

Meghan Caviness joined ExCap in 2024 and is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company’s directly held multifamily assets.

Prior to ExCap, Meghan was a Vice President of Asset Management with Mill Creek Residential, a national multifamily developer. While at Mill Creek, she oversaw all asset management functions for the Central region, a blended portfolio of new development, value-add and single-family assets across Texas, Tennessee and North Carolina.

Before Mill Creek Residential, she was a Vice President of Asset Management at Waypoint Residential, where she provided direct leadership for a portfolio of 4,000 value-add multifamily units throughout the Southeast.

Meghan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She also received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
